At Photoday, we specialise in preschool and childcare photography across the Wollondilly and Southern Highlands. We're a small, local team who genuinely love working with kids, and it shows in how we shoot.
We know Photo Day can be a lot for you and your educators - routines get disrupted, and there's always something else on the to-do list. That's why we work around your centre, not the other way around. We adapt to each child, keep our footprint small, and aim to be in and out with as little disruption as possible.
Each child gets a few relaxed minutes in their own space, so we can catch who they actually are, not just a posed smile.
You and your team can relax knowing we're organised, patient and easy to have on site. Every centre runs a little differently and we plan around yours. Our goal is simple: photo day should be something you look forward to, not something you brace for.
What we do
Our story
Photoday Portraits is run by Shelly Willingham, based here in the Southern Highlands. Before this, she built and sold a volume photography business from the ground up — so the systems, the timelines, the "how do we get 300 kids through in one morning without chaos" logistics are already second nature. This isn't a local family photographer who also does daycare photos on the side; it's business systems and volume know-how that creates an experience clients and parents love.
She's local, she's the one you'll actually be emailing, and she treats every school relationship like family.
